Der See ist fußläufig nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vom Haus führt der Tegernseer Höhenweg. Insgesamt haben wir 5 Schlazimmer. Eins davon mit Bett und Hochbett. Das zweite nur mit Hochbett. Die anderen 3 Zimmer haben einfach ein Doppelbett.

Unser Ferienhaus wurde 2019 kernsaniert und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Mit 2 SUPs, kleinem Boot, Sauna, Regendusche, Badewanne, Berg- und Seeblick, Holzterrasse, Balkon, eingezäuntem Garten, E-Auto-Ladestation. Über 3 Etagen: Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Wohnbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche und einem Hobbyraum mit Schlafcouch.
