Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Located in Upper Langford and set in the heart of the North Somerset countryside on the Northern slopes of the Mendip Hills. The property has modern conveniences (including Satellite TV and Fibre optic Wifi), and also enjoys the picturesque gardens of Over Langford Manor as well as walks along the Mendips straight from your front door. This bright stonebuilt house is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
