Poppy’s Farmhouse is detached and set in the grounds of a large country house. Down its own private lane and tucked away this is a quiet, beautiful, hidden away escape. The house has underfloor heating, woodburner, Egypian cotton linen, range cooker, full WiFi and access to wonderful walks from the front door. You will be welcome to enjoy some of the main house’s incredible gardens which in turn access public footpaths which lead into forests. Exeter city centre is only 15 mins away.

The holiday village is situated to look onto the scenic landscape of Widemouth Bay and easy access to stunning coastal walks. The chalet is a cosy 2 bedroomed self catering holiday hideaway with open living space and bathroom with central heating throughout. The complex itself has ample car parking, onsite amenities open April - November, outdoor children's play area and access to a path to the beach.

Located only a 5 minute drive from Barnstaple, Beards Road is a detached house offering good privacy. A short walk away you will find a pub chinese restaurant fish a chip shop a supermarket and a pharmacy. Close by is Fremington Quay and bike rental which sits on the famous Tarka Trail. Only a short drive away are the beaches of Westward Ho, Instow and Saunton Sands. The house boasts a private back garden with access to a personal gym, a BBQ & outside eating area.
