Have fun and relax at this stylish oasis! Packed w/ amenities. Huge Pool w/multiple cabanas, HOT TUB, trampoline, playground, axe throwing, pool/ice hockey table, arcade,huge theater room and outdoor projector too, basketball court, grill, spa/library with sauna and full gym!! 5 comfy beds. Rooms split for privacy. Open kitchen/dining/living room. Cold DeerPark water fountain. Basement apt so there is some movement noise. Updated bath and an outdoor shower. 20 mins from Downtown DC & 6Flags.

Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Luxury 1BR/1BA Private Suite Close to DC!

Whether you’re looking for a place to stay a couple of days, weeks, or months, this luxurious basement apartment offers a spacious environment with the perfect touch of style, comfort, and sophistication. Enjoy the electric fireplace, office, reading nook, and your own private spa bathroom. This suite has a private entrance and is located in a very peaceful cul de sac with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The home is located just 20 mins outside of DC. Not suitable for small children.

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! Sit around our fireplace and relax. Settle into the Old Bay Bungalow!

Welcome to Remedy Cottage, a place that holds deep sentimental significance for our family. It is a split foyer, two levels with steps leading in each direction from the foyer. It was built in 1978, every inch was renovated in 2022, featuring a brand new kitchen appliances. The interior boasts a modern farmhouse and minimalist design. This location is ideal for visitors to the nation's capital, the NSA, Andrews Air Force Base, and a short driving distance to three major airports in the area.

Gorgeous Two-Story Guesthouse w/ Driveway & W/D

This spacious cottage is the perfect home base for families, couples, or professionals exploring DC. Start the day with breakfast made in a fully stocked chef's kitchen. Take a short walk to the Rhode Island Ave metro (Red Line), Catholic University, trendy Brookland restaurants, breweries, yoga studio, and grocery store. Rent a bike from Capital Bikeshare and hop on the nearby Metropolitan Bike Trail. At night, relax with a glass of wine around a cozy fire pit table on our cobblestone patio.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

Gem! This open and airy basement apartment is great for a weekend getaway or a longer stay -- all the comforts of home. It contains a fully equipped kitchen, living room with large sectional, TV and electric fireplace, dining area, bedroom with queen bed, a nook with sleep sofa, full bath, and washer/dryer. Private entrance with patio and a zen koi pond garden! Couples, travel nurses, and other medical professionals love this private apartment close to hospitals and health facilities.

Rollingside: Two-Room Guest Suite

Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.
