The Main Street Burrow - Your Perfect Hideaway

The Main Street Burrow is a pet friendly cosy apartment situated in St. Boswells, a picturesque village located in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Burrow can sleep up to 4 people comfortably, with a double bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the open plan lounge / kitchen. It also has a large bathroom with wash basin and walk in shower, plus toilet. Whether you've come for some rest and recuperation or to have an action-packed adventure, the Main Street Burrow is the perfect hideaway.

3 Quarry Green is a cosy 1 bedroom terraced bungalow set in the picturesque conservation village of Bowden in the Scottish Borders. Quarry Green provides the perfect base for exploring both countryside and town. Overlooking the Eildon Hills and 1 hour away from Edinburgh and Berwick on Tweed, 2 miles from Melrose, the bungalow is within easy travelling distance to the border towns of Kelso, Jedburgh, Selkirk and Galashiels and is on the St Cuthbert’s Way walk, perfect for relaxing/sightseeing.

Hidden away on a beautiful private estate in the Scottish Borders, Garden Cottage is a charming stone retreat for up to four guests. Overlooking a walled garden and close to the River Tweed, it’s perfect for walkers, cyclists, and anyone seeking fresh air and relaxation. From the doorstep, you can join scenic trails and connect to the Southern Upland Way. Enjoy tennis, fishing, and easy access to Glentress Mountain Biking Centre, or take a short train ride into Edinburgh for a day in the city.

The Cosy Flat in Galashiels

The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

Farmhouse Cottage, Melrose

A 200 year old cozy farmhouse cottage situated on a working farm in the Scottish Borders. The cottage has a private entrance with outdoor seating area, gated driveway and free parking. The cottage is within walking distance to many local towns, the closest being Melrose (3 miles approx). Being 38 miles from Edinburgh means it is close enough for a day trip. Orchard Hideaway is a perfect place for couples or a family. Panoramic views over looking the Tweed Valley to the Cheviots on the horizon. Open plan kitchen/ dining /sitting room / large windows, wood burner. The outside. Hot tub is fired by wood and perfect for relaxation. Kelso, a charming market town with Floors castle, Kelso Abbey - 4 miles. This year an inside Padel court has been built in the shed and booking is essential. Tennis court , no booking required for tennis. BBQ.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
