The home is steps from the water with a small water access at the end of the road. The location is great for a family vacation, couples getaway or romantic retreat. You will be minutes from South Cape Beach, New Seabury and the Mashpee Commons. Relax on the large front porch that offers a fire pit and views of the water on either side. Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.

Private cottage green friendly and pet friendly

. Private quiet Restored and renovated stand alone cottage in the west end location complete with new renovation of kitchen and bathroom. Recently added an Extended bay window, new skylight, and brand new dishwasher Green friendly and pet friendly From June 28 to September 10 this is only a Saturday to Saturday rental only . Bear week and carnival week is a surcharge of $50 more per night. When you bring a pet there is a separate cleaning fee of $40 non refundable

This property is in an ideal location on the Wellfleet line!!! Come and stay at this lovely 3 bedroom home located just over a half mile to beautiful Sunken Meadow Beach, one of Eastham's most lovely bay beaches and close to the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Close to all National Seashore beaches.
