This place is a gem— the views are just wildly good from every room. The windows allow you to watch the sun and moon move across the sky, and the trails are spectacular. It’s worth knowing before you book: the homeowners are fastidious and require some hoops to jump through, including asking for financial information off-platform in an unsecured document, and signing a legal form that allows them to charge you at-will for anything they see fit to. We had no assessed fees ourselves, but the threat of them was very prevalent. Do take them at their words they wrote in their own listing— they are, in fact, “OCD” about their Airbnb cabin.

Kati's home was perfect for our needs during our 1+ week long visit. Her home was super clean, near everything we would need (groceries, shops, restaurants and mountains), and she was super responsive. We would definitely stay again. I would note that it's 4 levels - which conveniently provides a VERY spacious garage and 2 different balcony's with views of the mountains - but also lots of stairs. Kati was incredibly responsive and kind. I would also note for the first time in a very long time (and I've rented a ton of Airbnbs in my day) that we didn't have a single expectation when checking out - great customer service. Great mountain home near Ned!! Only downside: Found the requests for checkout a bit much (strip beds, move trash to garage etc).

This is a great house, very well laid out, and the apartment in the basement is amazing, a pleasant surprise. Everything we needed was there. As a Floridian, it was a little cold upstairs, but otherwise everything was great.

We had a great stay! The house is newly renovated and fully equipped with everything we needed—washer, dryer, kitchen, cleaning supplies, and even a private parking spot. It’s a bit smaller than it looks in photos, but with three bedrooms, it was still super comfortable for five of us. The location is amazing—walking distance to the farmers market and Pearl Street, and there are running and bike trails just nearby. We loved being able to work out every day! The neighborhood felt very safe, and everyone was friendly. During our stay, the weather ranged from warm to freezing, but the heating and cooling inside kept us perfectly comfortable the whole time. We’d absolutely stay here again if we come back next year. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a secluded, mountain getaway with plenty to explore right on the property, this is the place. The entire length of the home faces several peeks that photos cannot capture for this listing. However, you are also close to Nederland, Boulder, Blackhawk, Golden and more. The indoor amenities and decor are just right for the setting. One tip: all beds are in second-story rooms, accessible by sturdy ladders. Everyone who wants a bed will need to be able-bodied and ready to get used to this. It was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again! If it is available for your dates, say yes!
