Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Tipica casa Sarda di campagna, immersa in oliveto secolare. Con vista sul fiume e sulla valle. Dista 1km dal centro e 2.5km dal mare. Composta da camera con letto matrimoniale, cucina indipendente completamente attrezzata, bagno con doccia, ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. A disposizione wi-fi, tv, lavatrice, climatizzatore e tutto quanto presente in casa. Ampi spazi aperti, veranda coperta con tavolo e panche, amaca, bbq, parcheggio privato. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
