The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It is situated in an ideal location being a just a few minutes flat walk from all the amenities of the Town Centre, Bus and Train Station and close to the famous Ilkley Moors , Riverside Gardens and 1950's Lido .

The annex is set within a country house in its own grounds. It is located close to the airport and the market town of Otley, gateway to The Yorkshire Dales, very suitable for keen walkers and cyclists. Guests have their own wheelchair accessible entrance to porch, hall, double bedroom with Wifi TV & DVD, kitchenette and shower room. Please note the kitchenette does not have a sink. The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

The Old Maple Lodge is a beautiful and stylish annex of an oak-framed house, located in the charming village of Riccall, 8 miles south of York. Overlooking the original pond of the old manor house, The Old Maple Lodge offers guests a luxury experience, complete with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchen facilities. Perfect for accommodating 2 people, the suite is beautifully appointed with opulent furnishings, and of course with access to WiFi and digital TV.

The Bolthole Ilkley - Self contained Guest Suite

Bright, modern, luxury self contained guest suite at ground level of the hosts house. The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Bolthole has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, from the patio and overlooks the pretty cottage garden. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor.

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
