We’ve had a great stay in the house. It’s a charming house with a great view on the vineyards. The host was kind and very helpful. I can definitely recommend staying here!

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Il soggiorno dalla Signora Mara, seppur breve é stato estremamente apprezzato. Pulizia impeccabile e zona molto tranquilla. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Host e location caldamente consigliati.

È stato un piacere trascorrere il capodanno presso il Country club di Maria Teresa. C’è tutto il necessario per poter stare comodi anche in grandi gruppi, gli host sono molto gentili e simpatici d e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa fin da subito. Il punto di forza principale è sicuramente la ampia cucina professionale completamente in acciaio con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare anche per grandi tavolate. Da non perdere assolutamente!

I have no words to say about the house! The location is very good, the house was cleaned, organised, warm and we felt very comfortable there. The house remains you about the culture of Italy and we were very happy there! Also, the host was very friendly and we definitely want to stay there again if travel to Belluno!

Really nice accommodation, spacious rooms and good kitchen and living room. Beds are a little narrow, however we slept well. Warm welcoming with pastry which we loved. You also get all the essentials there so you dont need to worry about bringing some of your things.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Stefano è stato fantastico! La casa era impeccabile e fornita di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, accogliete e perfetta anche per i nostri bambini! Stefano è stato molto disponibile e ci ha supportato con ottimi consigli. Speriamo di poter tornare la prossima stagione!!!

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

Location molto piacevole in mezzo a un bosco e a campi, appartamento impeccabile, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Generi di conforto come acqua e caffè, bollitore, minibar. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie per l’ospitalità

Wir haben direkt mit Sabina, der Eigentümerin kommuniziert, die nebenan wohnt. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und nett.

Wir sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation war super, Andrea, Francesca und Giacomo waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns super unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, im retrolook mit tollen alten Utensilien, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Saubere Betten, Sauberes Badezimmer, Saubere gut ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Messern, alles zum Kochen sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Garten, mit Feigenbaum, Zwetschkenbaum und dem Mega tollen Pool. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 20 Leute :) Es gab ein Gitterbett, einen Stuhl für unseren Sohn (<1Jahr). Sogar eine Wallbox zum Laden von unseren EAuto hat es gegeben. Die Ventilatoren und Gelsenstecker haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Wenn man einen Fehler sucht, wird man lediglich feststellen das Espressotassen nützlich wären ;) Danke für den tollen Urlaub !!!!

Charmante maison idéalement placée pour visiter le Frioul ou se reposer au calme. Grande chambre agréable avec salle de bain. Cuisine partagée fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Nous tenons à remercier Maurizio ainsi que ses filles pour leur excellent accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
