La baita è situata sull'incantevole altipiano degli Alboni, a quasi 1400 m , nel comune di Groscavallo, alta Val Grande di Lanzo. Punto di partenza per praticare escursionismo, mountain bike, arrampicata, pesca e, nel periodo invernale, ciaspole e scialpinismo. E' dotata di sauna per il relax dopo l'attività sportiva ed un solarium esterno da cui assitere al tramonto del sole sui ghiacciai. Pace e silenzio nella natura. In meno di 10' di auto si scende a Pialpetta (negozi, bar e ristoranti).

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.
