Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Very comfortable, terrace home, in the heart of Bondi Junction. Perfect for any stay in Sydney, Bondi or Bondi Junction. Easy transport to the famous Bondi beach and equally easy to the CBD, or further afield. Well appointed throughout with caesar stone bench tops, gas cooking, floor boards and carpet in bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathroom, comfortable beds with plenty of space for your belongings. Blissful Bronte

Your accommodation is a 5min walk to Bronte and Tamarama beaches & along the coastal walk to Bondi. Sculptures by the Sea October/November. Vivid Sydney Harbour -WOW light Show May /June. It's a newly renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. Your front entry leads into a spacious, open plan living area with fully equipped kitchenette, TV & comfy couch + reading nook. The bedroom features a top quality mattress. Bus Transport close by leads to everywhere!

Apartment directly on beach with stunning views

This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Private, beautiful and bright studio apartment just five minutes walk to Bronte beach. Situated above our garage in a quiet cul de sac with unrestricted parking. The Studio has it's own private entrance - come and go as you please! Our enviable location is perfect with or without a car, with public transport, amazing Cafe's, Restaurants and Convenience Stores just two minutes away on foot. Boasting a modern shower room and kitchenette, it comfortably sleeps two in a Queen size bed. WIFI.

Luxury Studio in Bondi Beach

Brand new spacious, ultra modern studio available for short term rental. Facilities: mini bar fridge, toaster & kettle. Bifold doors open up to lovely shared garden. Shops, cafes, restaurants and transport at your door step. Very quiet, tranquil location set in the back garden of family home. We can accomodate the littlies and supply a portacot, high chair and toys. Please request if needed. If you are arriving before the check in time, you are welcome to leave your baggage with us.
