North End Private Guest Suite in Historic Home

This basement apartment is part of a home built in 1900. Recently remodeled, it has a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen area, and bathroom. One queen size bed, but an air mattress is available for younger guests, or we can provide a pack-and-play. Limited street parking available, or this house is a short walk to Hyde Park, Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills & Camelsback Park, St. Luke’s, and the VA. We are near the base of Bogus Basin, where great snow is just a quick drive up the hill.

Lovely guest suite with private entrance, bath, kitchenette, sitting room with 42" flat screen TV and separate bedroom. Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and heated tile floor. We are not set up for children, however we can accommodate infants, we have a pack-play. Large, tranquil yard that backs to a beautiful common area with walking paths. This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car.
