Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) Note: Airbnb is shifting all fees to hosts in fall 26 & thus asking hosts to raise nightly rates. Apologies, but we don't get the extra money — they do.

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

A beach cart (with chairs, umbrella, fishing rods, and cooler) is available! This 2-bedroom 1-bath unit is private and is perfect for a couple or small family. You will have the entire first floor of the house with private entrance and a fully fenced back yard, the pier, and the water.
