Retaining it's charm, but updated with all the amenities you could want, this cozy cottage is ideally located minutes from the beach, area attractions, and walking or easy biking distance to the Morehead City Waterfront shops and restaurants. Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
