House, garden & patio have amazing harbour views. Sit on the bench watching the boats. Families, couples, children & 🐕‍🦺 dogs welcome. 1 min level walk to car park. We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Situated on the Saints Way footpath to Fowey, we are ideally located to relax and explore the local area. We are a short stroll away from the waterside village pub, The Fisherman's Arms and in the village you'll find water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding to name a few...

Pepper Pot - a dinky bolthole.

Pepper Pot is a smart dinky bolthole, perfect for two, with direct water access down steps to the sea. There is a terrace and a large window seat with panoramic views of Fowey Harbour. Hop on the Polruan Ferry to Fowey for lots of good places to eat or visit one of the two local pubs only 5 minutes walk away. There is a kitchenette perfect for rustling up meals and a king size bed. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests and there is a mooring available if required.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! The perfect romantic Fowey hideaway for two, Barnacles is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the river Fowey across from the Bodinnick ferry. The apartment provides direct water access from a private balcony and a mooring for a small boat. The centre of town is a short, flat walk and the public car park only 1 minute away. Watch the boats sail by with a glass of something cold. A perfect spot for your next Cornwall break!
