At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Die Finca Son Salvanet mit ihren 5 Ferienhäusern (traditionelle Steinhäuser, innen komfortabel restauriert) liegt zu Füßen des Bergdorfes Valldemossa, das zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Haus Ibiskus ist ein zauberhaftes Haus mit einem großen Schlaf/Wohnraum, abgetrennter Küche und Duschbad. Eine große Terrasse davor bietet Sitzplätze und Liegestühle. Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
