Watch for shooting stars at night while sitting by the fire or just curl up with incredible views of the ocean. Quails, turkeys, deer and an occasional bobcat may stroll across the yard. As soon as you step out of the car you can feel and smell the ocean breeze. Our house has both the indoor and outdoor space to take it all in and close to trails.

This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles).
