Zu Konzerten in der Olympiahalle oder im Olympiastadion könnt ihr in wenigen Minuten laufen oder einen schönen Spaziergang im Park mit traumhafter Aussicht vom Olympiaberg unternehmen. There are several bus connections in proximity. A washing machine, kitchen, and a nice terrace to relax are available.

Public Transport Bonner Platz ( U3) , Scheidplatz (U2) , Parzivalplatz Bus Station Schwabinger Krankenhaus + Bus Station - Also Nightbuses Station nearby which is very important in Munich! Great Location ! Everything close and quick to reach! Nice upperclass living area. The room is a miniflat without kitchen. The MINIFLAT has a own entrance, bedroom and bathroom .

quiet garden house, favorite location Nymphenburg

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
