The Houseboat sits Marina side among its own floating community - minutes from central Liverpool including the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Liverpool Cathedral, and the trendy Baltic Triangle. You can hit the tourist culture and shopping hotspots while being able to retreat to your waterfront setting and sitting out on the deck at the end of the day.

Luxury one bed flat in heart of West Kirby, Wirral

This first floor flat has been refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.
