The condo is nestled in Townsend. This area is known as the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies". My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GSMNP, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

It’s located on the ground level and at the far end of the building closest to the beautiful Little River (no stairs to climb).
