Kort veg til Langevåg sentrum der du bla. finner Devoldfabrikken med outletbutikker, kafe, og kunshåndverkere. Der er el-bil lading. Nærhet til idrettsanlegg, friluftspark og turløype. Man har egen plen til fri disposisjon. Her bor du sentralt i Spjelkavika, bare få minutter fra Moa kjøpesenter, kino, svømmehall og flotte turmuligheter. Ålesund sentrum ca. 10 min unna med bil. Selv om kollektivtilbudet er godt, anbefaler vi bil.
