Canyon Road Olive Ranch is a 25-acre property with olive trees and fruit trees. We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. This cabin has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. The cabin has a private fire pit and an outdoor kitchen / pavilion shared with other guests. Dogs welcome.

The sunsets are amazing, and star gazing is the best in Texas (Wimberley is one of only three certified "Dark Sky" cities in Texas). I loved it so much I decided to build Hawk's Hollow (an homage to the resident Red-shouldered hawk who resides here), as place for others to experience its magic.
