This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Upstairs two bedroom apartment located in College View area just a short walk across the street to Presbyterian College. Perfect for campus visits, tours, and sporting events. Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
