Urban suite

Down town east side of Rapid City within walking distance of Presidential statues, food, drink, entertainment as well as County buildings and the S.D. School of Mines & Technology. This is a two-bedroom guest suite decorated to fit the area. The space is located at the top of the stairs (20 Steps) off of the private driveway. NO trailer parking at all. Pets are allowed but be mindful pick up after your pet and please keep them off the furniture and beds.

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
