This cozy basement guest suite has it's own private entrance and will be private just to you with no shared spaces. It is located in a safe family neighborhood a quick walking distance from restaurants, brewery, nail salon, and grocery store. The University or Downtown is a quick drive. Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
