Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

Large house with easy transport links to Bristol and Bath. Clean, light and airy featuring different artists/artwork, plenty of greenery, a garden and driveway. All recently decorated. The local area boasts all amenities including great cafes and a deli on Sandy Park Road. 50 metres from the front door is a TIER scooter and bike hire point and bus stop for Bristol and Clifton. In 10 mins you are in central Bristol boasting the Suspension Bridge, Banksy artworks and lots more.

Surrounded by woodland 10mins from Bristol Airport

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Spacious, comfy entire family home close to centre

A lovely family home for 8 guests (or 6 if you don't want to use the sofa bed in the sitting room). We are very close (7 mins walk, 2 mins cycle) to Gloucester Road which is the longest street of independent shops in Britain. Also nearby is Bristol city centre, Clifton suspension bridge, the zoo, the Downs, Banksy graffiti/Stokes Croft, Whiteladies Rd, Clifton village, an independent cinema and many independent cafes/coffee shops.

Old Stables, hidden period gem, spectacular garden

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.

Cosy Cabin in the City of Bristol with parking

A unique little house in a central Bristol neighbourhood. A charming two storey cabin overlooking a leafy park yet only 15 minutes walk to central Bristol and Stokes Croft. Situated in a vibrant and diverse community with parks, some of the best pubs Bristol has to offer, cafes, award winning restaurants, bakeries, independent shops and even a city farm!

The Coach House - on street parking available

Beautiful self-contained spacious two-bedroomed coach house - Centrally located, yet tucked away in a quiet side street in the beautiful Cotham conservation area. On-street visitor parking permits can be arranged free of charge for one vehicle and if you have bikes (pedal or motor), please let us know and we will arrange secure storage.
