A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Self contained double room in our detached garden annex with private off road parking and EV charging nearby. Equipped with a king bed, TV, waterfall shower and separate WC, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Outside space with table and chairs for al fresco dining! Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Vineyard Stable Cottage

Stay in a converted stable with a mixture of modern and vintage features, next to vineyard. Very comfortable and spacious with vaulted ceilings in all rooms. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. A very roomy kitchen / living area. Kitchen is equipped and there's dishwasher and washing/drying machine. A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Beautiful Countryside Cottage

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
