We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Community pool access just across from property.
