Posee rasgos singulares e únicos y está completamente renovada. La casa está dividida en dos pisos. En el piso inferior se encuentra la sala de estar y la cocina. Hay una pequeña terraza donde se puede disfrutar del atardecer mirando al mar. El piso superior posee una cama doble con vistas al mar, una zona de asiento, y un baño completamente equipado.
