MARETA - waterfront, check Mareta II and III.

Apartmant Mareta is situted next to the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century.The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner ,unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Sea view studio with big terrace & jacuzzi

Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

Old Town View - Sunny & Bright -Quiet area

Bright and cosy, elegant 1 bedroom apartment with fully-equipped kitchenette. Very strong Wi-Fi( 74.35Mbps) Perfect for digital nomads. Located on the first floor of totally renovated stone house, just outside City Walls of Kotor Old Town. A/C, equipped kitchen,washing machine, dishwasher, baby cot.. Very central, and only few seconds away from Old Town and few minutes from Shopping Mall and the beach.

Authentic Old Stone House - Perast

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Guesthouse Žmukić | L studio w/ sea view

The L studio/apartment is located on 2nd floor in the house. It is newly renovated in April 2023. The studio has one bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. From studio you have a beautiful view on Boka Bay and Verige. Guests can also use terraces in front of the house that are on the first line from the sea and have a view on Boka Bay and two islands.

Waterfront with extraordinary view

One of the 10 most wishlisted homes on Airbnb ever as shown in Airbnb's article "Where Everybody Wants to Stay: 10 of Our Most Wish Listed Homes" Right next to the Perast museum, our studio apartment has a spacious terrace with a magnificent view on the two most beautiful attractions of the Bay of Kotor: islands of Sv. Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.
