Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! Zen feeling at ‘Life is Good’, a treehouse overlooking Hitchcock Canyon:) Our driveway is long and steep! Parties, loud gatherings are not allowed. 9:00 pm quiet time outside! Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.
