This charming beach bungalow is only ~500 steps from Twin Lakes/Black’s beach & a short walk to the SC harbor & Sunny Cove beach. Close to amazing SURFING breaks, including shortboarding down the block, & longboarding in Pleasure Point. Short drive to Beach Boardwalk and other beaches. Kids games, books and more. The home is newly remodeled & features new cabinets, counters, wood floors & stainless steel appliances. Fully fenced yard- perfect for families. Washer & Dryer in the garage.

Entire house：Steps to beach and ample space

Give your family best summer memories at this 4 BRs 3.5 BAs well decorated house. Just 2 mins walk/one block to ocean front, restaurant and art galleries, everything. Best house for a multi-generation family vacation at beach! The house is ideal for family gathering with 3 queen, 1 full, 2 single beds. One sofa bed, floor mattress and roll away bed are available upon request. Please read full description before booking. It's in a quiet residential area. No event or wild party allowed.

500 feet from the ocean/Rio del Mar

Permit #201264 The Coast Queen is a wonderful house for a pleasant getaway to the coast for the weekend. It's a short 2 minute walk to the beach providing a great anchor for days at the beach, yet it's only a few miles from Santa Cruz. We're two minutes from a deli, restaurant, coffee shop, and corner store. Only a little bit further you can find many more restaurants, a grocery store, and Aptos Village. We're also very close to Nisene Marks and other wonderful hikes.

Wave House by the Beach for Two!

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS: Spacious house with a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub, skylights, full kitchen, large living room and dining area. Lots of light. Two decks, yard, driveway and garage for parking. Only a 0.3 mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. A 0.4 mile walk to the wharf. And a 0.7 mile walk to downtown. Lots of outdoor activities in the area! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children under 10.

Walking Distance to the Pismo Pier and the Beach!

Amazing 4bd 2ba Pismo Cottage just steps from the water! The main house is 2bd 1ba with a large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. The back house is a 2bd 1ba "studio-like" space connected to the main home by a beautiful deck with an outdoor shower. This is the perfect property to house multiple families! Large fenced lot with parking for up to 5 vehicles. Centrally located and just a few blocks from the pier!
