Peace & Quiet in Paradise Hills - 3 night minimum

3 night minimum and 2 day notice. Enjoy peace and privacy in our spacious studio apartment (over 700 sq ft) with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate entrance, parking. The apartment is equipped with one queen and one twin bed. **DO NOT book if you smoke or vape. Going outside to smoke/vape does not help; the smoke smell lingers on the clothes and infiltrates all fabrics in the apartment. It also will enter the main home as part of the apartment shares the same heating/cooling air intake.

Private patio entrance opens to a two-bedroom, one en suite bath guest suite with a charming kitchenette. The large main bedroom has a comfy king bed and smart TV. The entry room serves as a dining area/workspace and 2nd bedroom with a full-size Murphy bed. Located 5 minutes from UNM in Nob Hill and all the eclectic dining, bars, shops, breweries, and entertainment on Route 66/Central Ave. Only 8 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, and 15 minutes to Historic Old Town.

Empty Nest!

Sorry, NO LOCALS ACCEPTED within 45 miles of Albuquerque, W/D is for 7 days or longer. This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, medical, golf coarse.

Inn on Route 66 - Stay safe outside ABQ off I40

Our lower level suite with a private entrance, living area, bedroom, and bath offers respite to you! In the beautiful Sandia mountains off historic Route 66 on two pine covered acres. One hour to Santa Fe, 30 minutes to Albuquerque, and 7 hours to the Grand Canyon. Five minutes off I40, it is the perfect place to stay traveling through the Albuquerque area. Rest and renew outside the city in a safe neighborhood. A short drive to play golf, hike, bike, or ski Sandia or Santa Fe.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! The guest suite has a private entrance and is attached to the main house. It is a cozy one bedroom with a queen bed. Sleep sofa in the living room can accommodate two people. Kitchen has all amenities to make delicious meals. Free parking on driveway. Private gated entrance and alarm system as well. Close to Walmart, Walgreens, Dominos and other shopping. Approximately 25-30 minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park.

Casita Canoncito--private suite with kitchenette

Perfect place for quiet and nature, up against the Sandia Wilderness and in the mountains next to Albuquerque. Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. Please note we are on a dirt road with a few bumpy spots. ***** NOTE: FROM DECEMBER 1 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28 THE WEATHER NECESSITATES ALL WHEEL OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES.
