lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

We had a fabulous family stay at Club Casita! The location was perfect, in a beautiful peaceful spot by the river, but just a 5 minute stroll into Christchurch town centre and about 30 mins walk (5 min drive) to the beach. The lodges are all well set apart with plenty of private space, it’s a lovely place. The lodge itself was well appointed and really comfortable - especially loved the log burner and vinyl record player! Candice and Dan are wonderful hosts - very responsive, friendly and helpful. In the summer there are kayaks for use and a sauna/cold plunge too…can’t wait to return to enjoy it all! Thanks again to Candice and Dan for a wonderful break, see you again soon!

A perfect location! My grandchildren ( 4 and 1) enjoyed the easily accessible beach, but probable the enclosed lawned garden even more! We had an initial problem with the dishwasher not working, but Alex had it resolved pretty quickly considering it was a weekend. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities. The boxes of toys and books for the children were a great source of delight. We were visiting family in the area, and will definitely be booking this property again!

What a beautiful location! We wanted a place where we could relax and have all we needed within easy reach, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Having direct access to the beach from the garden was great and we sat for hours sitting looking out to sea. The local shops and restaurants were only a short walk away and meant that we didn't need to use our car all week. I'm sure we'll be back.

We loved our stay at Linda’s chalet by the sea. Its perfectly located for visiting family and has everything we need as a family of four with two young children. Two bathrooms including a bath and shower and a washing machine so we can pack a little lighter and wash as we go! The chalet was comfy, cosy and clean and perfectly located for walks on the beach. The biscuits were a lovely touch too.

My wife and I plus our two dogs had a very enjoyable stay. The house had everything needed for a break away. Just 3 minutes to the beach and local shops/ restaurants I highly recommend the bungalow and Boutique Beach properties. 5 Stars.

A great place to stay and such an amazing host. Some really amazing touches around the house which was very much appreciated. A perfect place to tour the South Downs and relax.

We had a few days staying here . It was so quiet and a lovely location , bed was very comfortable and had everything that we needed . We took our dogs and there were some lovely walks , also the garden of the bungalow was perfect for them , very secure. Thanks Lesley , we will be back 😄

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

The bungalow was spotless and a great base to explore the area. Big Wigs Bakery nearby is amazing and The Raft van on the promenade at Mudeford is great for ice cream & coffee. We had fantastic weather which always helps.

Laura was great! So responsive and clear answers! Her place was just lovely! We stayed there as a family of three and it felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect too, it is only a 5 minute drive away from the floating bridge and another 2 minutes from the ferry port. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the island as it’s a really good base, the high street is about a 2 minute walk and there are two supermarkets very close by! Absolutely amazing house and Rudi was great with accommodating our group for my friend’s Hen celebration. I had a lot of questions and every time I messaged, Rudi responded very quickly even supplying videos to give us an idea of the space and how we could use it. We needed extra tables and chairs which Rudi supplied and even delivered more after check in. Rudi was also generous with a slightly earlier check in and later check out which was great. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a venue to host a celebration. Thanks again Rudi for all your help

We had a great stay! The house is in a good location for the new forest and had everything we needed. The annex was also well stocked and it was nice having the extra space. William was also very responsive and helpful. We'd recommend this place for a large group going to the new forest!

Thank you so much Martin. We all really enjoyed staying at yours - it was perfect. So clean and homely despite being made amazingly guest ready. Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. We had an amazing stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Mr. Rob was really responsive and helpful. There was an issue with a false carbon monoxide alarm, but he handled it quickly and even got a friend to come check things out. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we visit the UK in the future!
