Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement proposé par Olivier. C’est un véritable coup de cœur pour le point de vue sur la mer, la proximité avec la gare, et le calme du quartier. C’est un logement complètement rénové, et très pratique avec une grande salle de bain. L’état de propreté de l’appartement est impeccable. La place de stationnement protégée et sécurisée est également très appréciable. La communication a été facile et très sympathique. Aucun point négatif à déplorer. Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

Très bon séjour, dabs une résidence très calme. L'appartement est proximité de la gare ce qui est plutôt pratique pour qui veut se déplacer en train. Nous recommandons

Splendido appartamento di design proprio sopra al porto antico. Il terrazzino con vista sul porto vale le scale da fare! Consigliatissimo.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders die Küche! Hier wurden sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht und geschmackvoll, einfach eingerichtet und nicht überdekoriert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und ich werde den reichlich Früchte tragenden Zitronenbaum vermissen. Man sollte sehr gut zu Fuß sein, um nach San Remo hinunter zu laufen, zwar durch pittoreske Gässchen, aber steil. Workout: morgens zum Bäcker hin und zurück erledigt.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend nelle Langhe con amici e questo alloggio si è rivelato strategico sia per la posizione sia perchè è di recentissima ristrutturazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consiglio vivamente.. La vista sui vigneti è impagabile!

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. La zona è tranquilla, lontana dalla bolgia del centro, e la fermata del bus sotto il palazzo ci ha permesso di muoverci e raggiungere i vari punti della città senza stress. Francesco è stato attento e disponibile a tutte le nostre esigenze, sempre rintracciabile.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

This was a magnificent setting.If you are lucky ,on a clear day,there is a 180 degree panoramic view of alpine snow capped peaks.Even if the weather is not completely clear there are the beautiful hills of vines and hazelnut groves.The loft and surrounding yard was unique and well worth the stay.I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

La vista da questo appartamento è spettacolare! Alessandro è una persona gentilissima, alla mano, ci ha consigliato dei posti e raccontato la storia di alcuni paesi. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche delle cose per la colazione e un dolce fatto in casa squisito. Comunicazione facile ed efficace. Posizione ottima per un giro nelle Langhe. Consigliatissimo.

Incantevole casetta a pochissimi minuti da pietra ligure… tranquillità nel verde molto vicina al mare. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort, ottima ospitalità. Vivamente consigliato per chi ama la quiete della collina e la possibilità di raggiungere le spiagge in breve tempo.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & ist mit allem ausgestattet,was es braucht. Der Check-In hat beim 2.Anlauf&mit sofortiger Hilfe von Giuseppe gut geklappt. Er war immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen&war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Maura molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato l’alloggio pulito e lineare con quanto descritto. Posizione strategicamente ottima per quanto servisse a noi. Un punto in più per la gentile e inaspettata accoglienza con focaccia e aranciata!

Het appartement ligt in de wijk met de vele smalle straatjes die typisch voor deze stad zijn en echt een bijzondere ervaring om daar doorheen te zwerven. Het appartement is daardoor alleen te voet bereikbaar, maar Luca heeft een goede beschrijving in de vorm van een video gegeven. Het appartement is prettig om in te verblijven met een fijne badkamer en een sfeervol slaapgedeelte. Door de smalle straatjes en de hoge gebouwen is er weinig daglicht binnen, maar overdag waren we buiten dus dat was voor ons geen probleem. De communicatie met Luca was goed en hij reageert steeds snel.

Loved this apartment and the location. Very stylish, spacious, clean and a beautiful terrace. We had an amazing stay in Genoa and it was made all the better by this amazing accommodation. Hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend!

We were so happy we found Enrico’s place! It was just perfect! The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and that view was outstanding! Enrico’s communication was great and he even gave us a walking tour for Genoa. The amenities were exceptional. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.
