The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay.
