This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.

The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy!
