Welcome to Rosete Family Farms-Guest House! We live on a classy organic blueberry farm! It is a beautiful modern 1,400 sqft farmhouse that is very relaxing! It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. Our Airbnb guests which includes 10 people or under still have access to use the event center for meals , yoga or activities. Our ladies groups love taking advantage of the beautiful space for their amazing weekends!

The "TOOL SHED" tiny house 144 sq. ft

MAIN HOUSE IS NOT TO BE DISTURBED. This is a converted shed that is detached from the main house. It is a tiny house of 144 sq. feet. It has a built-in twin bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin bed. True tiny space of 144 sq ft. Full bath/closet. Suggestion: if 2 are staying here make sure you like each other A LOT. Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The studio on Central is a five minute walk to the Bentonville Square on stately tree lined Central Ave. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about a 15 minute walk. Weekends always bring activities to the Square with Farmer's Market in the spring, summer and fall along with many events. We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.
