10/10. I booked so last minute and Daniel was so responsive and helpful from restaurant recommendations, to transportation options. The property was beautiful and the condo was clean and decorated nicely. It was close to nightlife but also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the views from the property as well. Highly recommend.

Claudi hat uns perfekt in dem Apatrment abgefangen. Wir waren sehr spät da ca 22:30 Uhr und super müde von der Anreise. Sie zeigte uns wie wir die Geräte in der Wohnung nutzen können das war sehr hilfreich. Achtung denkt an einen Steckdosenadappter wenn ihr aus Europa kommt. Die Wohnung war riesig für 4 Personen wir konnten alle unsere Gegenstände perfekt verstauen. Wir konnten sogar mit unseren 2 Kindern zusammen im Main Bett schlafen so riesig ist es!! Die Betten sind super Bequem und die Deckenventilatoren halten bei der Stufe 3 nachts die Mücken fern. Es gibt aber auch überall Klimaanlage. Die Pools sind so schön angelegt. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Riesen Schwimmpark. Man kann einfach Kanus und Stehpadelboards leihen gegen eine Gebühr und man bekommt Schwimmwesteb dazu. Alles toll wir können dieses Appartment für Cancunbesuche nur bestens weiterempfehlen!!! Es hat uns viel Spaß gemacht und wir sind total erholt! Danke Claudia!

Fui para semana santa con mi familia, hermoso lugar, coincide exactamente con las fotos, la laguna es hermosa, es como si fuera tu propia casa y la anfitriona súper amable, en todo momento estuvo en comunicación con nosotros 10/10 vayan

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s place in Cancun! The property was exactly as described clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Juan was a great host very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun. Thanks again, Juan!

Desde que llegamos nos encantó el fraccionamiento, la vista a la laguna desde el departamento es preciosa, súper tranquilo el lugar, cuenta con absolutamente todo para poder pasar tus vacaciones bastante comodo, Sara, que es con la que tuve contacto, muy atenta y amable, el departamento está bastante amplio, las camas están muy cómodas, te dejan lo esencial como papel de baño, shampoo. jabón de cuerpo y 3 toallas para cuerpo en cada habitación, cuenta también con bastantes utensilios de cocina. En las habitaciones y sala de estar hay aire acondicionado. Para entrar a la laguna si hay que caminar alrededor de 5 min ya que solo hay 2 entradas y están un poco retiradas del departamento pero de ahí en fuera, las albercas siempre están súper limpias y con muy poquita gente. RECOMIENDO APMPLIAMENTE EL LUGAR, vale toda la pena y espero poder regresar pronto, si visito Cancún no dudaría en volver a alojarme aquí. (EL LUGAR ES IGUAL AL DE LAS FOTOS)

This place was absolutely beautiful!! We loved the view of the center lagoon lake from all the bedrooms and living room. There was a lovely walking path all the way around it, and the pools were refreshing. We felt at home quickly and would definitely come back again.

Es un alojamiento hermoso, cómodo y muy limpio. Sin duda, mi familia y yo regresaríamos.

Eric es un excelente anfitrión en contacto todo el tiempo, siempre atento a los comentarios y el lugar es muy agradable tiene una vista muy bonita de la piscina/laguna las habitaciones son confortables ambas con su aire acondicionado, los dos baños en excelente condiciones, usamos la cocina y es muy práctica, tiene electrodomésticos disponibles. La estancia/comedor muy prácticos. Muy recomendable relación precio/calidad, Sin duda lo volvería a visitar. La atención de Liz, su concierge es excelente estuvimos en contacto y es muy agradable tu estuvo al pendiente. ❤️

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.
