Ivanhoe is a sprawling suburb located approximately 10 kilometers northeast of Melbourne's CBD. It borders parks, nature reserves, sports facilities, and the Yarra River. Ivanhoe train station (a 9-minute walk away) is close to restaurants and shopping centers, surrounded by eateries, cafes, and retail shops, providing easy access to anywhere.
