A gem of a place to stay in DC! Just finished a month-long solo rental. Ideal location: beautiful, safe, vibrant, tree-lined Victorian neighborhood; reasonable walking distances to most key DC sites making every day a sightseeing adventure; active lovely park with 2 historic statues right outside the front door; easy, free street parking right on the block (ask Anna to print a dashboard parking pass for length of your stay); cozy cafe/market on the park for scones, croissants, ice cream, delicacies, etc. Inside, Anna provided a gracious welcome with cafe + Metro cards (nearest stations: Eastern Market or Union Station), wine and snacks. I was lucky to visit during gorgeous spring blooms, cherry blossoms and Anna's wisteria in stunning glory over the garden apt and above. Best bed ever; so-convenient full-size washer/dryer; great shower water pressure; recycling; stocked kitchen. Hated to leave. Can't wait to return. Thanks for your great hospitality, Anna!

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

We had an amazing stay at Meaghan’s place in Washington DC. It was great to be so close to the Museums and monuments! There’s plenty of electric scooters nearby to hire. It only took me 6 minutes to scoot to Wholefoods. There’s also public bus stops very close. Having a full kitchen was such a bonus for the trip. A real plus for those with allergies who find it more difficult to eat out. Also, we utilised the washer and dryer facilities. Thank you for your hospitality! We hope to see you again!

The garden apartment is a spotless, roomy, well-decorated, thoughtfully-appointed space. The mattress was also extremely comfortable. David is a kind, communicative host. My daughter and I had a wonderful mini-break!

Nice unit, comfortable and everything we needed for our three night stay in DC. Nice neighborhood and good local restaurants to walk to. A/c worked well, but the condenser is in the unit and LOUD. We had the same issue with the rug being a trip hazard and just removed it from the living room because it was a hassle. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped.

This was a great space for our little family! It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and the zoo. Having a full kitchen, living room with working space, and laundry were huge bonuses of this spot. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was filled with thoughtful additions. It was warm and inviting. My only regret is the place is that our itinerary did not afford us more time to enjoy the accommodations. Ronnie was an excellent host. Even thought I caused an issue with check in he was polite, responsive and proactive. He had a back up plan in place and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The minimal issues we had he addressed without hesitation and welcomed suggestions. The location was safe and convenient to a bus stop on both ends of the street. I would highly recommend staying here. It can easily accommodate someone traveling alone for business purposes, a couple or a small group comfortably.

Frank’s place was perfect for our stay in DC! There were a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and the metro was also easy to access from this location. Frank’s communication was excellent throughout our stay!

Second stay at Jennifer’s place. It’s perfect for us. Metro is near by. The area is lovely. Safeway just up the road and the best chicken sandwich at Hill East Burgers.

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

The apartment is a stand out and was absolutely perfect for my trip! The walkability, access to food/coffee/groceries, and the apartment itself were exceptional. I highly recommend, but especially if you’re going to a concert at The Lincoln Theater during your stay.

Robert and Carrie were great hosts during out stay! The airbnb was cozy and just as described! We had everything we needed and Robert was quick to respond when we reached out about questions! My friend and I would definitely stay with them again while visiting Washington, D.C.!

definitely recommend this Airbnb; exactly as described and photographed. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely outfitted. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for sight-seeing the typical DC sights. Metro bus service right nearby (but not a subway stop)...but we elected to Uber which were always readily available. A great host: responsive and accomodating! thanks, Matt!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood, good cafe around the corner for a morning coffee and 15-20 min walk to the Capitol building. Very comfortable place to come back with all the amenities. Would recommend.

5 stars all around. My family and I loved this Airbnb. I have a 5 year old and a 1.5 year old and this Airbnb was incredibly easy for us to stay in with them. No worries of the children breaking anything because the space was so baby/toddler friendly. Very accommodating and efficient. Would 100% love to book this place again!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Chris was super responsive to my questions and my last-minute change request. Our unit was clean, close to everything we needed, and easy to check in/check out. We will definitely stay here again when in town next year. I highly recommend Chris as a host.

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.

Great location! Subway is a short walk away maybe 2-3 blocks. Perfect amount of space for the 5 of us and the kids loved the monopoly game. Thank you for hosting us!
