My family and I had the opportunity to stay at Scott's place this summer. Exactly as advertised and in a great lake access community. Check in / out was simple and Scott communicated well and was very responsive. Plus, ping pong was a hit with the kids!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

This is one of those places that just make you feel like it's yours as soon as you arrive. Everything you could need was available for us and there were so many fun extras. There was a fantastic selection of toys for the our kids ranging from 2-11 to play with and although we had 8 people in the house we never felt cramped. The game room was so much fun! We played a ton of Pac-Man, learned how to play bumper pool and we loved playing games at the massive dining table. The beds were comfy, the linens were quality and that bathtub was the absolute best way to end a day on the slopes at Gunstock which was just a few minutes away. Do not miss this one, it's a gem for sure and I will be back!

Ashley's place is lovely! The house is well decorated, spacious, with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, hanging out in the yard, and the location was convenient to get to hiking and other fun places. The house being situated next door to the family business was not much of an issue, other than a minor impact to privacy, but the people are so nice, and the place is lovely. Recommended for enjoying this lovely area, and for the gracious and generous hosts!

We had an amazing time at this location. Not too far away for us to see a Red Sox game in Boston. I'd highly recommend this place, especially if you have a dog. My German Shepherd loved the water. The location is near a boat ramp so it was cool seeing others enter and exit the lake. The AC units worked well enough to keep us cool. Would stay here again!

Had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just steps away from the lake—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, especially at sunrise. Would definitely come back!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this house hosted by Byron Property Management. They had snacks waiting for us when we arrived, Christina was kind and quick to respond when we had a question, and the house was exactly what was demonstrated in their advertisement. We are excited to come back next year and hopefully make this an annual trip at this property!

This place and the hosts are a gem. Truly wonderful. I loved that Nicholas was friendly and proactive in welcoming us. They offered wine, early check in and even helpful recommendations for places to bring our dog to walk and join us for dinner! The house is clean and comfortable. We immediately felt at home which is great for our anxious dog. The weather was not great but did not dampen our weekend. We enjoyed watching the rain and fog on the lake through the picture windows while warming by the fire. The location is minutes away from everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and shopping everywhere we went. We deeply appreciate the opportunity to stay here for such a reasonable price. I am already thinking about the next time we book here and bring our family.
