The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Garden Holme is a shepherd's hut with your comfort in mind: set on its own raised south facing plot in a partially walled garden with private gate, patio and small sheltered grassed area looking out across Lyme Bay. There are two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West.
