This is a beautiful spot and was very comfortable for our family of nine adults and two children. We enjoyed the fire table and the fire pit. The kitchen was large enough to have 3 cooks working at the same time. there were tons of kitchen implements to use and a fantastic barbecue. We highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend this cabin! Very nice and roomy. Great location. The price was good too. Host communicated well. All information we needed was sent to us prior to our stay. Everything there was in great working order.

This cabin is beautiful! We loved how spacious it was and the amazing views of Maverick Mountain. Kitchen is well equipped and the deck is outstanding. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day at the ski hill. Location is perfect for enjoying the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for our family reunion. The downstairs became the hangout hub for kids with the ping pong table, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great central location for all of our Island Park adventures.

Silver Star ranch was exactly what we needed. It was private and peaceful and a great place to launch two weeks of exploring from. we hit the tobacco root mountains, Virginia, Nevada, and Bannack ghost towns (Nevada & Bannack were our favorites), pioneer scenic byways and scouted dozens of off grid camping sites for next year in the various national forest. For pets, one thing to be aware at the cabin is are the prickly bears (small cactus)... bothered our German shepherds feet some. Local vet in Sheridan was great and gave us a spray to toughen pads while we were out. it really helped. We climbed the area behind the cabin too...good workouts each morning. Jim was a great host and easy to talk to. Thanks Jim!

Robert was a great host, very communicative and provided useful information wrt local amenities. The cabin is a what you’d expect from a fishing cabin, comfortable, clean and well furnished with a good WiFi connection. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The cabin is located on small bluff overlooking the Madison River and it’s a short walk from the property to the river.

What isn’t there to say about this property! Truly breathtaking…and space for all! We spent hours on the porch and down at the riverside. We definitely will be back.

We had a great stay at the Lost Trail Powder House! An easy drive to Lost Trail ski resort as well as miles and miles of snowmobile trails made this the perfect place for us. A very large and well stocked house, plus the tranquility of being in the woods. Looking forward to a return trip!!

If you show up at night in the dark, the place is harder to see and find. It is the second right after the second bridge. We were told it was the first right and that made it hard to find at night. During daylight would have been no problem to find. The location and house were fantastic and we plan on staying here again for sure!

This is exactly where you want to stay when you visit Montana. The views and the hospitality were amazing! We definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting Montana! Thank you!!!

I needed a complete change is scenery and chose the upper Madison Valley for the fishing and scenery, and it did not disappoint. Chris and Rob were excellent hosts and helped us by recommending what were must sees and what we could skip. The apartment has everything we needed for a nice week’s stay. The views are spectacular.

Place was very clean! Lots of space inside and out!! Great kitchen and fun coffee bar. There are stairs and one set has no railing so if you can’t do steps it would be difficult. We would definitely stay again!!

Very nice cabin in the middle of town, easy walk to restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Wisdom is remote, very beautiful and a great hub to a lot of outdoor activities.

Heaven on earth! The cabin was situated in the most beautiful area. 360 degree views of snow capped mountains and rolling fields. Picture perfect sunrises and sunsets. Surrounded by wildlife. We used the cabin as a base for trips to Idaho falls, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Bozeman, Billings and Big Sky. Great time seeing all that but the best part of the day was returning to the sanctuary of this special place. The space was roomy and comfortable. Very clean and well supplied. A true find. We will definitely be coming back here.

Super easy and affordable family spring break getaway that was walkable to downtown Salmon and the Island Park on the river. And driveable to so many local public land recreation areas. The location was great, the place was cozy. Thank you all for sharing this spot!

Our stay the last week of September was absolutely perfect! It was everything we expected, plus so much more. From the time we pulled into the drive way, Pam was lovely to work with! She walked us through the few things we were responsible for during our stay and getting us into the home, and the welcome book was a very nice touch for all of the other information! The home was spotless and very cozy. We were so excited about the views, which were absolutely breathtaking. We got to see deer and pronghorn everyday during our stay. Our main worry was no AC, but the home had multiple portable fans (if you’re someone from the south), though the weather was perfect while there, and a simple open window was all we needed. The town of Ennis is so nice, with some lovely restaurants. I highly recommend getting coffee at On the Fly Espresso. The owner was amazing to us during our stay. The home was the highlight of our trip!

Absolutely amazing place! The kids absolutely loved the experience and Bob was just special! We only have great things to say and would love to come back sometime!

I can't write enough great things about our stay! Our hosts, Leigh & Bob have created a beautiful, well appointed, luxurious and welcoming retreat. From their well stocked kitchen, to the absolutely gorgeous furnishings throughout the house to relaxed seating on their front porch and patio (both with spectacular views of the mountains), you can help but feel pampered and relaxed. They provide guests with just about everything you could possibly want/need and are a wealth of knowledge about the area. We all felt immediately "at home" from how warm and welcoming they both are. The pictures of this Jewel really don't come close to showing just how beautiful the interior and exterior truly are. LOVED, loved, loved our stay here!

Ric had great communication and the house was in great shape and well stocked with needed supplies for cooking etc…. Even had a massive guide book with info on local eats, fishing etc.
