Experience the coziness of a rustic "tiny house" off-grid log FAIRY CABIN set beside a 1 acre spring fed pond. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & families (with kids). No pets or therapy animals allowed. We strive to be a tech free zone (NO WIFI or TV's). A true authentic connection with Nature and each other.

Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

The property is surrounded by Maple and Oak mature forest yet has an open meadow perfect for picnics and star gazing. It is beautiful here; you can rest and recharge close to nature. Adventure Outpost is totally updated and designed for your comfort and convenience. The space is cozy, light and refreshing and big enough for the whole family!

Peterson Mill Schoolhouse

The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. The Schoolhouse is open year-around, welcoming all who enjoy fishing, biking, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Enjoy your time in the peaceful surroundings or drive 15 minutes to the beautiful Waupaca Chain-O-Lakes.

Shady Retreat

Do you want to get away and relax at the lake? Visit Shady Retreat, an updated guest house on an 86 acre lake. It has one king bed, 1 bath with a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
