Exclusive, center-best location, 2min Concha beach

Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom recently renewed. Optional parking in underground car parking (300 meters from the apartment away). If interested on the parking, please ask for it before arrival.

Moderno apartamento recién renovado en el área romántica del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento está situado a escasos 50 metros de la Playa de La Concha en una zona tranquila e ideal desde donde visitar los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Completamente exterior y con orientación sur, cuenta con 2 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños completos, salón y cocina equipada. Las habitaciones cuentan además con dos pequeños balcones exteriores.

Apartamento muy silencioso y exterior. Situado en el corazón comercial y gastronómico de la ciudad. A 50 metros de la Catedral del buen pastor, a 300 metros de la playa de la Concha, casco antiguo y bares de pintxos. A 50 y 300 metros de dos grandes Parkings. Su situación privilegiada, su confort y su calidad de los acabados hacen de este apartamento un lugar único para sentir el latido de la ciudad.

Boulevard heaven

WE ARE BACK! El Apartamento Boulevard hará de tu estancia algo inolvidable. Situado en un lugar inmejorable, frente a la parte vieja y la playa de La Concha, en pleno boulevard Donostiarra. No necesitarás ni un solo medio de transporte, todo está a mano. En la construcción del edificio se han utilizado materiales y equipamientos de 1era línea y está dotado de todo tipo de comodidades.
