The upstairs sleep 4. The 550 square foot efficiency downstairs has a queen Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks so it also sleeps 4. The downstairs has a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, and a kitchenette equipped with frig, sink, and microwave.
