Seaside Retreat is a beautiful cottage in Sunnyside with a PRIVATE (heated/chilled) POOL, just steps from a PRIVATE BEACH. No stress about finding a place on the beach! Located near Rosemary and Seaside on the far west end of PCB, this home has special details that make it very warm and inviting. I care deeply about your experience and will go above and beyond to make your trip wonderful. Read on to learn what the house has to offer. 1 minute walk to beach! Cozy home w/ pool (Side B)

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent, it was the family home of the current owners . Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.
