Our stay at the Calm Palm was incredible. Elizabeth graciously hosted our family of three children + dog. The property was immaculate, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I highly recommend the Calm Palm to any family.

Great place, you can feel secluded yet close to everything. House as described. Host communication was great. We did not experience any problems. Will stay again. Will recommend

I was very impressed with this place. It was small, but it was quaint. It was super clean. Everything was exactly as described. I love the location. Super good air condition. The bathrooms were in perfect shape with plenty of towels. The bed linens were clean. I would definitely stay here again, not to mention it’s very close to everything. Community watches out for you.

The home was beautiful and the pool was nice! We appreciated the host’s quick responses and checking in make sure everything was going well. The gift basket was a nice touch.

Beautiful house. Very clean and spacious. Easy quick walk to the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs, a great beach wagon and a nice tent available for you to use. Enjoyed having access to a pool. We would stay here again.

We can't say enough about how great this rental is- probably the best all-around that we have ever stayed at. Everything was clean, the host was very communicative, the location is AMAZING, and the house is extremely well appointed. The host has thought of everything for your beach vacation- from beach towels to chairs to a kayaks and more. The kitchen is the best equipped of any rental we have had- pots/pans, dishes, spices, containers, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the morning and evening views are grand. Great stars at night. If we could give 6 stars for our stay, we would! Thanks so much for an absolutely lovely stay!

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Beautiful location within 1 block of the beach with private access. The house was nautical cozy with all the necessities, very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with many places to walk. We loved our 3 weeks at the Seashell Cottage. We didn't want to leave.

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Nice cozy place, super clean and has everything you need. Had no issues checking in and Angela was always super nice and very helpful with any questions I had . We will definitely come back .

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

This place was the perfect location. Close to all the places we were going. Heather was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a lovely stay at Franco's Cove. We were travelling in from the East and I hadn't realised the time zone change was nearby so I got the timing wrong, but it did mean that we got to meet Nicholas. He was a great host and even helped us get going with the fishing. The boys loved it so much they got up before sunrise the following day to do some more. Such a great location, would love to stay again.

The house is quaint and charming. It’s VERY close to the beach, and having access to the golf cart was a game changer! It was a great place for our son and our golden doodle to just hang out and relax, while we played games and cooked our meals. It was a lovely experience and we’d love to come back to Port St. Joe again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It is a beautiful, roomy, and comfortable home in a fun area with cute homes and easy walk to the beach. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. We’d love to stay again sometime and would highly recommend to others!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, and having the golf cart included made everything super convenient. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to explore the area so easily really made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week! It was our second stay here and it was just as beautiful as we remembered. Samantha and Donald are great hosts and are very responsive and friendly. The house has wonderful amenities and is very comfortable. The house is just minutes from several beach accesses as well as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and lots of fun activities. The neighborhood pool is walking distance or a quick bike ride from the house and has a fun atmosphere. We will certainly consider booking again, as we have so many wonderful family memories here!

The Salty Seagull was the perfect home-away-from home for our family of four! From the beginning, Kristin was so helpful and friendly from letting us know we could check in early to offering local recommendations. The home was bright and spacious with great views and convenient to so much! We loved walking to many food/drink/snack options as well as the fun Shell Shack! And of course I can’t forget the super easy walk to the beautiful beach. The home was so well-stocked. It was especially nice having beach towels and beach gear ready to use. The neighborhood pool was a nice place to cool off and was rarely very crowded. We loved playing the provided family board games as well. I will miss my daily coffee and naps on the porch overlooking the canal. Would LOVE to stay at the Salty Seagull again!

We went down for Thunder Beach bike week and had an amazing time. Adrian was very communicative with us. The place was as described, and it made us feel like home! We will be booking again. Thanks

This rental was a perfect size for our family. Clean and not cluttered. All the beds were very comfortable.

Everything about “Crab Pot” was easy and relaxing. There’s something about the place that makes you feel “right at home”. Martin has everything covered; soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels etc….and there was enough for our entire stay. (As opposed to the usual “starter kit” that you get at most places.) The house rules are not overwhelmingly posted everywhere. A level entry without stairs into the house made it easier on us with our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed spending time on the porches, walking around in the yard, and an evening stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
